Share your ideas
Send your quantity, preferred fabric, design details, event date and delivery destination. Please also provide your logo artwork as a JPG or PDF file.
Review the mockup
Digital mockups are usually ready within 24 hours. Review the wording, colors and layout.
Choose your order & sample option
Pay for the full order to receive one free sample for approval, or order a sample first for US$18 including shipping. The US$18 fee is not credited toward a later bulk order; after sample approval, pay for the full bulk order. Samples are usually ready within 9 days after payment and mockup approval. For full orders, fabric is cut together after payment: embroidery and printing can be revised during sample approval, but fabric and size cannot be changed. Bulk production timing is confirmed separately. Once a custom order has started, it cannot be cancelled.
Arrange shipping
Standard small-parcel shipping is included in the price; taxes are excluded. Once production is complete, we arrange shipping to your delivery address. Transit time depends on the destination. We confirm the shipping estimate with your quote. If you notice a quality issue, please contact our customer service team promptly after receiving your order.
A few things to know.
What is the minimum order?
Custom orders start at 50 kippahs. Existing product listings may show a different lot quantity; the listed quantity and price still apply to those items.
Can I change or cancel my custom order?
For a full order paid in advance, one free confirmation sample is included. You can revise embroidery and printing during sample approval. Fabric and size cannot be changed after payment because all fabric for the order is cut together. Digital mockups are usually ready within 24 hours; check your fabric and size before paying. Once a custom order has started, it cannot be cancelled.
Can I order a sample before paying for the bulk order?
Yes. A standalone sample costs US$18 including shipping. This fee is not credited toward a later bulk order. After approving the sample, pay for the full bulk order. Alternatively, pay for the full order first and we will arrange one free confirmation sample. Samples are usually ready within 9 days after payment and mockup approval; bulk production timing is confirmed separately.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping to the United States usually takes 12–20 days after dispatch. Design, sampling and bulk production take additional time. If you notice a quality issue, please contact our customer service team promptly after receiving your order.
Can you work with my event date?
Include your event date and delivery destination in your enquiry. Contact us to confirm the production and shipping schedule before ordering.
How much will my order cost?
Our price includes embroidery of one logo, one printed personalization, one confirmation sample after full-order payment, and standard small-parcel shipping. Taxes are not included. Request a quote with your quantity, fabric, design and delivery destination.
