Custom kippahs involve design, sampling, bulk production and shipping. These are separate stages, so please consider each one when planning for your event.
HOW IT WORKS
From your idea to custom kippahs.
Share your ideas
Send your quantity, preferred fabric, design details, event date and delivery destination. Please also provide your logo artwork as a JPG or PDF file.
Review the mockup
Digital mockups are usually ready within 24 hours. Review the wording, colors and layout.
Choose your order & sample option
Pay for the full order to receive one free sample for approval, or order a sample first for US$18 including shipping. The US$18 fee is not credited toward a later bulk order; after sample approval, pay for the full bulk order. Samples are usually ready within 9 days after payment and mockup approval. For full orders, fabric is cut together after payment: embroidery and printing can be revised during sample approval, but fabric and size cannot be changed. Bulk production timing is confirmed separately. Once a custom order has started, it cannot be cancelled.
Arrange shipping
Standard small-parcel shipping is included in the price; taxes are excluded. Once production is complete, we arrange shipping to your delivery address. Transit time depends on the destination. We confirm the shipping estimate with your quote. If you notice a quality issue, please contact our customer service team promptly after receiving your order.
Included shipping & taxes
Our price includes standard small-parcel shipping but excludes taxes. A standalone US$18 sample also includes shipping; its fee is not credited toward a later bulk order. Tell us your delivery country and postal code so we can confirm the available service and transit estimate. If you notice a quality issue, please contact our customer service team promptly after receiving your order.

Include your event date with your enquiry. Delivery estimates are not a guarantee of arrival by a particular date; contact us to discuss your schedule before ordering.
