Beige kippahs with tonal monogram embroidery and interior printing; interior name hidden

Ordering Bar and Bat Mitzvah Kippahs: Samples to Bulk Production

Product example from the TopKippah gallery. Customer names in interior printing have been hidden. Shown for design reference; confirm your own fabric, size and personalization before ordering.

There are two ways to begin a TopKippah Bar or Bat Mitzvah order: buy a standalone sample first, or pay for the complete bulk order and receive a free confirmation sample. Choose according to whether you have already decided the fabric and size.

Route one: order a standalone sample for US$18

The US$18 sample price applies to all fabrics, sizes and shipping countries. It includes one embroidered logo, one interior print and shipping. This is a paid sample order; the fee is not credited toward a later bulk order.

This route is useful when you want to inspect your selected fabric, fit and personalization before committing to all the kippahs. Confirm the sample's fabric and size with us, submit the artwork and wording, and review the digital mockup.

After you approve the sample and decide to proceed, you pay the full amount for the bulk order. TopKippah custom bulk orders start at 50 pieces. Confirm the final quantity and production specifications when placing that order.

Route two: pay for the full order upfront

If you have confirmed the fabric and size, you can place the complete bulk order directly. You pay for all the kippahs upfront, and the order includes one free confirmation sample.

All fabric for the order is cut together after payment. For that reason, fabric and size cannot be changed at the sample stage. You can revise embroidery and interior printing during sample approval. The free sample confirms those personal details; it is not a way to keep fabric and size undecided.

Prepare the details needed for the mockup

  • Your final quantity and selected fabric, color and size
  • Logo or embroidery artwork as a JPG or PDF
  • Exact names, event wording and date for the interior print
  • Any supplied Hebrew text, already checked for accuracy
  • Event date, preferred arrival date and delivery country

Digital mockups are usually ready within 24 hours once we have the necessary details. Review names, dates, artwork and placement before approving. The sample is usually ready within 9 days after payment and mockup approval; shipping and your review take additional time.

Give clear sample feedback

When you receive the sample, check embroidery, wording, readability and placement. Send one clear list of requested embroidery or printing revisions, with marked photographs if helpful. Make the final approval explicit so everyone is working from the same design.

For a full paid order, keep in mind that fabric and size are already fixed. Once a custom order has started, it cannot be cancelled.

Confirm production and shipping for the full quantity

Bulk production timing is confirmed separately for your order. Standard small-parcel shipping is included in the quoted price, while taxes are excluded. Standard U.S. transit usually takes 12–20 days after dispatch; other destinations are confirmed individually. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Allow time to receive and check the order before the event. If you notice a quality issue, contact our customer service team promptly after receiving the goods.

Review the sample options and custom order process. To get started, request a quote for your Bar or Bat Mitzvah kippahs with your quantity, design and delivery details.
