Start choosing wedding kippahs with five decisions: who will receive them, how many you need, the fabric and color, the fit, and the personal details. Agree these before paying for a full custom order. A coordinated design can connect the ceremony and celebration without needing to repeat every detail of your invitations.
Confirm your event needs and quantity
Ask your officiant or venue about arrangements for the ceremony, then decide how you want to distribute the kippahs. Base your quantity on that plan rather than assuming every guest needs one. Include any extras you choose for family, keepsakes or last-minute additions.
TopKippah custom bulk orders start at 50 pieces. The minimum is not a fixed package size: tell us the quantity you actually need so we can quote your order.
Choose a fabric and color together
Start with one or two colors from your wedding palette. Compare those colors with the embroidery you want to use, since a thread that looks clear against one fabric color may be less distinct against another.
Explore our fabrics and colors to narrow the choices, then ask us to confirm the available fabric and shade. A screen image is a starting point; it does not guarantee an exact color match. If the fabric choice is still uncertain, consider ordering a sample before the bulk order.
Agree the size and measuring method
Describe your preferred fit and share measurements from a kippah you already like. Explain how you measured it, or send a photograph beside a ruler. Our size guide explains what to discuss. Confirm the production size with us rather than selecting it solely from an age label or an image.
Separate the embroidery from the interior wording
For the exterior, choose the logo, initials or motif you want guests to see. For the inside, prepare names, a date or a short thank-you message. Supply your logo as a JPG or PDF and send the wording as copyable text so spelling can be checked.
Our quoted price includes one embroidered logo, one interior print and standard small-parcel shipping. Taxes are excluded. Ask us to confirm feasibility and any extra cost for details outside those inclusions.
Choose your sample route before paying
A standalone sample costs US$18, including shipping, one embroidered logo and one interior print. This rate applies to all fabrics, sizes and shipping countries. The sample fee is not credited toward a later bulk order.
If you place the bulk order directly, you pay the full amount upfront and receive one free confirmation sample. The order's fabric is cut together after payment, so fabric and size cannot change. Embroidery and interior printing can be revised during sample approval. Review our sample options before choosing.
