There is no single lead time that fits every custom kippah order. Your schedule needs to cover design review, the sample, any revisions, bulk production and delivery. Give us your event date, preferred arrival date, quantity and delivery country before paying so we can confirm a workable plan.
Work back from when you need the delivery
Your event date and your preferred delivery date are different planning points. Decide when you want the kippahs in hand for counting, checking and organizing distribution. Leave a buffer that suits your event rather than planning to receive them on the day itself.
If you have separate ceremony and celebration dates, tell us which date is relevant to the printed wording and which deadline the delivery must meet.
Allow time to prepare and review the mockup
Digital mockups are usually ready within 24 hours once we have the details needed to prepare them. Your review and any back-and-forth take additional time. Send the logo as a JPG or PDF, the exact interior wording, and your choices of fabric, color and size together to reduce avoidable delays.
Before approving the mockup, check names, dates, artwork, placement and text direction. A quick approval is helpful only when the details are correct.
Understand what the sample timing covers
Samples are usually ready within 9 days after payment and mockup approval. That describes sample preparation, not the complete bulk order or delivery to your address. Sample shipping, review and any revisions also need time.
You can order a standalone sample for US$18 including shipping, one embroidered logo and one interior print. It applies to all fabrics, sizes and delivery countries and is not credited toward the later bulk order. After approving this sample, you pay for the full bulk order.
Alternatively, pay the full bulk-order amount upfront and receive one free confirmation sample. Review the two sample routes when deciding which fits your planning stage.
Confirm bulk production separately
Bulk production timing is quoted separately for your quantity and design. Do not calculate an arrival promise by simply adding 24 hours, 9 days and a shipping estimate: those figures leave out bulk production, approvals and possible revisions.
Keep your order details and sample approval in one clear conversation, and ask us to confirm the remaining schedule when you approve the sample.
Add transit time for your destination
Standard shipping to the United States usually takes 12–20 days after dispatch. Estimates for other countries are confirmed individually. Transit estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Standard small-parcel shipping is included in the quoted price; taxes are excluded.
See our shipping and timing information, and tell us early if your deadline is close. Any alternative shipping arrangement needs separate confirmation.
Finalize fabric and size before full-order payment
For a full bulk order, all fabric is cut together after payment. Embroidery and interior printing can be revised during sample approval, but fabric and size cannot change. Once a custom order has started, it cannot be cancelled.
Share your event date and delivery country with your quantity and design. We will confirm the timing for your particular order rather than applying a generic deadline.
