What the price includes

One embroidered logo, one printed personalization, one confirmation sample after full-order payment, and standard small-parcel shipping. Taxes are excluded.

Two ways to get a sample

Pay for the full bulk order to receive one free confirmation sample. Or pay US$18 including shipping for one standalone sample first; the fee is not credited toward the later bulk order.

Changes & cancellation

For full orders, fabric is cut together after payment. Embroidery and printing can be revised during sample approval, but fabric and size cannot be changed. Once a custom order has started, it cannot be cancelled. If you notice a quality issue, please contact our customer service team promptly after receiving your order.
