What your order includes
Custom bulk orders start at 50 kippahs. The standard price includes one embroidered logo and one printed personalization per kippah, plus standard small-parcel shipping. Taxes and import duties are excluded. Confirm any additional artwork, accessories or express shipping before payment.
Sample confirmation
For a full bulk order, you pay the full amount upfront. We arrange one complimentary confirmation sample. Embroidery and printed wording can be revised during approval; fabric and size cannot be changed after payment because the fabric for the whole order is cut together.
Prefer one sample first? Order a US$18 personalized sample. All fabrics, sizes and destination countries are eligible. The fee includes one embroidered logo, one printed personalization and shipping; taxes are excluded. It is not credited toward a later bulk order.
Timing and order policy
Confirm production and delivery timing with us for your destination and event date before ordering. Once a custom order has started, it cannot be cancelled. If you notice a quality issue, contact our customer service team promptly after receiving your order.

For full orders, fabric is cut together after payment. Embroidery and printing can be revised during sample approval, but fabric and size cannot be changed. Digital mockups are usually ready within 24 hours. Samples are usually ready within 9 days after payment and mockup approval. Bulk production and delivery timing are confirmed with your quote.
Confirm the details before ordering
Choose a fabric collection or send a reference photo. Tell us which product you like so we can confirm the fabric and available options for your order.
Send your preferred color reference. Photos and screens can show colors differently; review the physical sample before approving your design.
Tell us the size or diameter you need, with the unit in cm or inches. If you are matching an existing kippah, send a photo with a ruler and ask us to confirm the measurement method before payment.
