1. We need kippahs in France, but we don't have VAT number, how can I place order?
R: We can ship via DHL, within 30 days after you make payment you can get them. You don't need to offer us VAT number.
2. We need kippas in Israel, are the price the same?
R: Different countries, price is different. It is best to talk with our salesman, he can tell you correct price.
3. Does price include tax and shipping cost？
R: France price includes tax and freight . USA price and Israel price includes shipping cost . As we know, ship to USA, it doesn't have tax, ship to Israel, you should pay for tax yourself.
4. How long can we get our order?
R: Normally around 10-20 days after you place order, we can send out . But if you need them urgent, you should tell us date of deadline. We will offer better suggestion.
5. How can we order customized kippas?
R: You can send us logo and inside writing, tell us colors of embroidery you like. Then we will offer you sample photos. After you approve sample photos, we will start production.
6. Why don't you tell me price directly?
R: We need to know when you need kippas, quantity and logo first, then we can tell you price.
7. What about your mini order quantity?
R: Our mini order quantity is 50 pcs.
8.How about production time?
R: Normally we needs 10-15 workdays. For urgent order, pls kindly chat with us before place orders .
9. Can you ship me a sample?
R: We don`t suggest shipping sample to you. Freight is about US$45.00-US$50.00, it is expensive.
10.Can we cancel order?
R: You can cancel order before we start production.
11. Why color of kippas I got are not same as photos?
R: The appearance of listed colors may vary according to users' browser. At the same time, light has effect on kippas, it may be lighter or darker.
Customization, payment & samples
One embroidered logo, one printed personalization, one confirmation sample after full-order payment, and standard small-parcel shipping. Taxes are excluded.
Pay for the full bulk order to receive one free confirmation sample. Or pay US$18 including shipping for one standalone sample first; the fee is not credited toward the later bulk order.
For full orders, fabric is cut together after payment. Embroidery and printing can be revised during sample approval, but fabric and size cannot be changed. Once a custom order has started, it cannot be cancelled. If you notice a quality issue, please contact our customer service team promptly after receiving your order.
Digital mockups are usually ready within 24 hours. Samples are usually ready within 9 days after payment and mockup approval. Bulk production and delivery timing are confirmed with your quote.

Send your preferred color reference. Photos and screens can show colors differently; review the physical sample before approving your design.
Tell us the size or diameter you need, with the unit in cm or inches. If you are matching an existing kippah, send a photo with a ruler and ask us to confirm the measurement method before payment.
