R: France price includes tax and freight . USA price and Israel price includes shipping cost . As we know, ship to USA, it doesn't have tax, ship to Israel, you should pay for tax yourself.
4. How long can we get our order?
R: Normally around 10-20 days after you place order, we can send out . But if you need them urgent, you should tell us date of deadline. We will offer better suggestion.
5. How can we order customized kippas?
R: You can send us logo and inside writing, tell us colors of embroidery you like. Then we will offer you sample photos. After you approve sample photos, we will start production.
6. Why don't you tell me price directly?
R: We need to know when you need kippas, quantity and logo first, then we can tell you price.
7. What about your mini order quantity?
R: Our mini order quantity is 50 pcs.
8.How about production time?
R: Normally we needs 10-15 workdays. For urgent order, pls kindly chat with us before place orders .
9. Can you ship me a sample?
R: We don`t suggest shipping sample to you. Freight is about US$45.00-US$50.00, it is expensive.
10.Can we cancel order?
R: You can cancel order before we start production.
11. Why color of kippas I got are not same as photos?
R: The appearance of listed colors may vary according to users' browser. At the same time, light has effect on kippas, it may be lighter or darker.
